Territory Protective Services (TPS) is a local security business founded by local Territorians, Lefteri (Terry) Papazoglou and his business partner, Rob Hissey. With a passion for protecting the Territory. Terry and Rob established TPS in April 2017, driven by a commitment to professionalism and excellence in security services.
Since the establishment of Territory Protective Services Pty Ltd (TPS) in 2017 we have provided security and safety to a range of businesses and events across Darwin and surrounding areas. TPS patrols the Darwin CBD for 365 days a year, with additional patrols during peak periods and events. With 10 to 15 guards on rotation each week, TPS ensures round-the-clock security coverage to maintain the safety and integrity of the heart of Darwin City.

In February 2019, TPS was awarded the security contract for the Darwin Waterfront Corporation after a rigorous public tender process. This contract, extending until February 2021, underscores TPS’s reputation for reliability and effectiveness in providing security services.
In addition, Territory Protective Services have been awarded the opportunity to continue providing security services to Darwin CBD.
After a very successful trial initiative undertaken by TPS working with both the NTG and Darwin City Council it has been decided our city safe patrol will move forward throughout 2021 and beyond.
